Can we book you for both photo and video?

Yes! We offer comprehensive photo and video collections. Having our team handle both ensures a cohesive visual style, a synchronized timeline, and a seamless experience where our shooters work perfectly alongside one another.

How long does it take to receive our wedding gallery and film?

You’ll receive a "sneak peek" gallery of highlighted images within 48 hours of your wedding. Your full, high-resolution edited photo gallery and final cinematic films are delivered within 1 to 2 weeks. For videography you’ll receive your highlight video within 2 weeks and your full recap video within 6 to 8 weeks.

Do you travel for weddings and engagement sessions?

Absolutely. While we are based in the NY, NJ, and PA areas, we are passionate about traveling to capture love stories wherever they take us. Contact us to discuss custom travel packages for your destination wedding.

What happens if there is bad weather or an equipment failure?

We are fully equipped with professional lighting gear and backup plans to handle any lighting or weather scenario. If the weather forces us indoors, we will pivot to beautiful interior locations and creative lighting setups at your venue to ensure your photos look breathtaking, rain or shine. We also offer rescheduling!

How far in advance should we secure our date?

Because we commit to a limited number of weddings each year to ensure the highest quality of service, our calendar fills up quickly. We highly recommend booking 8 to 12 months in advance to secure your date.

Will you help us pose?

Absolutely! We know that being in front of a camera can feel a little intimidating, so we don't expect you to be professional models. We will guide you through natural, relaxed prompts and gentle direction rather than stiff poses. Our goal is to make you feel completely comfortable so we can capture your genuine connection and laughter naturally.

Can you help plan a surprise proposal?

Yes, we love being part of a surprise! We can assist you with everything from scouting the perfect backdrop and timing the best lighting to coordinating where you should stand so we can capture the moment flawlessly from a hidden vantage point.

Is an engagement shoot included with wedding packages?

Many of our comprehensive wedding collections do include a complimentary engagement session! We highly recommend them because they serve as a wonderful "warm-up" to get comfortable with us and our shooting style before the big day, ensuring your wedding portraits feel completely effortless.

How many images will we receive?

We prioritize quality over sheer volume, but we also ensure no moment is left uncaptured. On average, you can expect to receive approximately 50 to 100 fully edited, high-resolution images per hour of coverage. Every delivered photo is individually edited to match our clean, timeless studio aesthetic.

What should we wear to our engagement session?

We recommend keeping it simple with neutral or earth tones (like cream, tan, sage, or navy) rather than wearing bright colors or matching exactly. Choose a mix of solid colors, comfortable layers, and outfits you can easily move around in. Bringing one casual look and one slightly dressier outfit works perfectly!

Corporate

What is your standard turnaround time for corporate assets?

We deliver a preview gallery of highlighted images within 12 hours of the event for immediate social media or press use. The full, edited high-resolution photo gallery and final video assets are typically delivered within 24 to 48 Hours, depending on the scale of the project.

Do you provide commercial usage and licensing rights?

Yes. All of our corporate packages include standard commercial licensing rights, allowing your business to utilize the photos and videos across your website, marketing materials, social media channels, and internal communications without restriction.

Are you fully insured? Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?

Absolutely. David Pierre Studio carries full commercial liability insurance. If your venue requires a COI, just let us know at least two weeks before the event date, and our provider will issue one listing your venue as an additional insured.

How do you handle fast-paced or multi-day corporate schedules?

We are highly experienced in corporate environments. Prior to the event, we review your itinerary to build a detailed shot list. We work seamlessly in the background to capture key moments, keynote speakers, and networking sessions without disrupting the flow of your program.

Can you match our specific corporate brand guidelines or style guides?

Yes. We collaborate with your marketing or creative team prior to the shoot to understand your brand identity, color palette, and framing preferences. Whether you need clean, modern headshots or high-energy event coverage, we ensure the visuals align with your brand standards.

What is required to secure our event date on your calendar?

To secure your date, we require a signed corporate service agreement and a 30-50% Deposit depending on the event size. Because corporate schedules fill up quickly, especially around peak conference seasons, we recommend booking as early as your event date is confirmed.
